PRISM DSP — our processing engine
PRISM is the proprietary signal-processing engine that runs inside WaveDisco Studio. It was built from scratch — not assembled from generic filters — with one specific goal: fix the problems that AI music generators leave behind.
Analysis before processing
PRISM reads your track first — frequency spectrum, dynamic range, true peak, integrated LUFS — then decides what needs fixing and by how much.
Genre-aware EQ profiles
AI generators produce electronic and synthwave material by default. PRISM applies EQ curves calibrated for exactly that — not for rock or jazz.
8-band parametric processing
Sub, Low, LowMid, Mid, HighMid, Presence, High, Air — each band treated independently. No single-knob compromise.
Zero cloud involvement
The entire engine runs in WebAssembly inside your browser. Your audio files never leave your device — not even for a millisecond.
What this means for you: every track gets a custom treatment — not a one-size-fits-all preset. The result sounds like it was done intentionally, not processed.
Desktop only: it learns your taste
PRISM A/B Preference Engine
After processing a track, PRISM Desktop shows you two slightly different versions — A and B. You just listen and pick which one sounds better to you. That's it. After 5 choices the personal model activates — carefully at first, barely nudging the sound. The more you train it, the more confident it becomes: 10 sessions in, it already knows your taste. 50 sessions in, it sounds like you mixed it yourself.
